  • How do I get my harvested animal out of the kill area?

    Pack shelves are available for you and your hunt parties use for packing an an animal out.

  • How physical is the hunt?

    We have varying terrain to accomodate hunters of all ages and most abilities. We have many 60, 70 and even some 80 year old hunters that have hunted with us.

  • What is required for transporation during the hunt?

    Most hunters use their existing pickup truck, ATVs, side by side or bring their own horses.


    ATV and side by side rental is available.  



  • What do I do with my meat once it is packed out?

    There are big game meat processors located near by that can process your game meat, cape your trophy out and deep freeze for you trip home. Two 150 quart coolers are generally enough to put the meat from one elk in along with ice for the ride home. Ice will last several days in an average cooler.

  • What should I bring with me for the hunt?

    You should bring a sleeping bag, game bags (4) per elk, head lamps, sharp knives and sharpener, hand held GPS, safety equipment such as waterproof matches, fire starter, whistle, space blanket, water, hunting and camp clothes, wash cloth and towel, medications, toiletries, backpack, waterproof hunting boots, packable rain gear and any other items you feel you would need.
